JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Erik: Ive never had to depend on them for meds but there
are plenty of inmates that meet with the nursing
staff on a daily basis. I have never found it hard
to obtain a "sleeper" pill in the pod, for those
first sleepless nights.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Erik: I always order tylenol off commisary and have always
had openings to trade commisary items for other meds
as needed
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Erik: I have seen people get written up for giving away
meds. They will also take away your privilage of
having blister packs of multiple pills and make you
take it from the nurse daily
